MISSION
Our objective with Pressbox Forward is to utilize the incredible collection of material and statistics readily available to evaluate NHL related issues. The foundation of our discussions will be set on roster dynamics and player efficiency, drawing particular light to our overall outlook that success is dependant upon change. We have analyzed data using a combination of advanced statistical measures and self-determined formulas to mark the positive impact of individual contributors. With this output and the subjective market factors present, salary cap hits can be determined as above or below relative value. Our additional insight into the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement will point to under-utilized or misunderstood sections, some of which have lead to the stagnant transactional environment present in the NHL today. At the end of the day everyone has an opinion, we just think ours is one of the better ones.
